Commercial Lines Account Manager DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assume responsibility for assigned accounts; Work with Service team to request updated renewal information, from insured clients; Prepare account submissions, which includes completing applications, supplemental forms, and other information needed for policy renewal; Assist in preparing proposals and associated materials for Sales presentations; Obtain binding conditions/subjectivities from clients; Delegate specified tasks and assignments to support team, as appropriate Coordinate with service team to issue Certificates of Insurance with appropriate corresponding, required documents upon request; Document management system Service accounts in a manner to eliminate E&O exposures; Maintain regular, pro‑active communication with service team members; Assume other job responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Professional work ethic Excellent Effective oral and written communication skills; Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with co‑workers, carriers, vendors and other business contacts; Possess knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, with the ability to read, analyze and interpret insurance policies, documents and regulations Ability to apply the concepts of basic accounting Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of all responsibilities Stay informed regarding industry information, new product developments, legislation, lines of coverage, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance Working knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of Agency management (AMS360) software system and office equipment is a Plus Experience: Commercial Insurance: 3 years required Commercial Insurance 5-7 years (Preferred) License: State Property & Casualty License (Required) Language: English Spanish Bilingual a plus Work authorization: United States Required Work Location: Remote (NJ) #J-18808-Ljbffr
