As the 'face' of our company, the successful candidate should be enthusiastic about providing our clients and co-workers with an exceptional first impression. You will perform a range of duties which include being the first point of contact for all visitors at the office, answering the phones, maintaining office appearance & supplies, sorting and filing incoming and outgoing mail, assisting customers with general billing & policy inquiries, managing social media pages, and coordinating community outreach initiatives. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
