We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant who is excited to contribute to our vision. Note you will be required to work form our home office located in Keller Tx.

Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide vital support to the day-to-day operations of Posh & Prim and its sister businesses. This individual will assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication, ensuring efficiency and seamless collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for scheduling and correspondence across multiple businesses.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Coordinate and maintain schedules for business operations and special events.
  • Assist in preparing client materials, contracts, and proposals with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support in managing email and phone communications with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain and organize company records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting multiple teams or businesses.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with event planning or design industries is a plus but not required.

Additional Details

  • Applicants must have reliable transportation. A gas stipend is provided.
