Communicating with members who have requested benefit reviews
Organizing and hosting virtual appointments
Clearly presenting benefit options in an educational, easy-to-understand way
Guiding members through the application process
Maintaining follow-up communication to ensure continued support
Participating in structured training, coaching, and leadership development
Confident and clear communicator, comfortable working remotely
Self-directed, dependable, and goal-oriented
Service-focused with a genuine desire to help others
Comfortable with technology, video meetings, and online systems
Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
