Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-volume production, is seeking dedicated Diecutters/Flexographic Press Operators to join their dynamic team. As a Diecutters/Flexographic Press Operators, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Diecutters/Flexographic Press Operators

Location: Pewaukee, WI

Pay Range: $20-$25 DOE 

Shift: 2nd shift (2pm-12am Mon-Thur) and Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 6pm-6am 

What's the Job?

• Operate blank and multi‑color flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials
• Operate paper die cutters, slitter rewinders, and tabletop finishing machines to complete production runs
• Accurately set up and tear down production jobs following detailed job specification packets
• Change out master rolls of paper on presses and convert stock into smaller rolls as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting team members with additional duties as required

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience with flexographic printing or related manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
