Email Marketing Specialist

Hire Up Staffing is looking for a part-time detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to support client communications and promotional campaigns. This role is primarily remote but requires the candidate to be based in the Houston area for occasional in-person collaboration. Schedule: Part-Time Monday-Friday Pay: $20 + DOE

Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and send email marketing campaigns and promotions to clients and prospects
• Develop engaging email content aligned with client branding and messaging
• Manage and maintain email distribution lists and client databases
• Segment audiences to ensure targeted and effective communication
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and client outreach
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience in email marketing, marketing coordination, or similar role
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for better performance
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
