About the Position

Our team works with more than 44,000 unions and member organizations throughout North America. Many of the individuals we speak with have already asked for information about supplemental benefits, meaning your conversations begin with people who are open to learning more.

Because of this, there’s no door-to-door outreach or traditional cold calling. Instead, your focus will be on meeting with interested members, answering their questions, and guiding them through the options available to them.

The role offers a balance of independence and structure. You’ll manage your own time and schedule while benefiting from an established system, experienced mentors, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with union members through virtual meetings or occasional in-person appointments to discuss available programs.

  • Explain benefit options clearly so families understand how their coverage works.

  • Help individuals choose solutions that align with their personal and financial needs.

  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with members to ensure a positive experience.

  • Continue improving your skills through training, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
