We are currently seeking in-home sitters/caregivers in Westborough, Shrewsbury, Northborough, Sudbury, Framingham, Holliston, and Harvard. Hourly rate between $20-21/hr, depending on experience. Priority is given to candidates with full‑day availability during the workweek and experience caring for children of all ages. Team Experience Our sitters work 2‑5 days per week between 8 am and 6 pm, providing care for multiple families with children from infant to 12+, typically within a 30‑minute drive. They create a safe environment for the children to learn and play, engage them in creative arts and activities as well as outdoor fun, clean up any messes before parents return, and communicate well with both kids and parents. You enter your availability; we handle the scheduling on a user‑friendly mobile app. Requirements Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable car. Childcare Experience: At least 2 years caring for children. Consistent Schedule: Availability from 8 am‑6 pm for 6‑9 hour shifts. Minimum age 18, proof of eligibility to work in the United States, and willingness to pass a thorough background and driving record check.
