Job Title: Labor Person/ Tow Motor

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH NO MORE THAN 2 POINTS

Pay Rate:
Starting pay rate for this position is $17.00

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Labor Person. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within our facility to ensure smooth operations and cleanliness. This position requires the ability to handle physical labor, operate machinery, and contribute positively to our team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Clean up shop: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
2. Unload trucks: Receive and unload incoming shipments, inspecting for damages and accurately recording inventory.
3. Experienced operation of cranes: Safely operate cranes and other machinery to move materials and equipment as needed.
4. Move material: Assist with the transportation and handling of materials throughout the facility.
5. Build boxes: Assemble and prepare packaging materials for outgoing shipments according to specifications. Must read a tape measure

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Experience operating cranes or similar machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
