We are seeking a technically skilled and safety-conscious  Laser Technician to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is fascinated by the science of skin rejuvenation and enjoys using advanced technology to solve concerns like skin laxity, texture, and aging. You will be responsible for operating our premium devices and ensuring every patient receives a high-end, comfortable, and effective treatment.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Device Treatments: Safely and effectively perform treatments using our flagship technology:
• • Morpheus8(Fractional Radiofrequency Microneedling)
  • QuantumRF (Skin tightening and remodeling)
  • Other light-based or RF energy treatments as added to the practice.
• Patient Strategy: Conduct thorough consultations (often paired with  VISIA Skin Analysis ) to determine the best device settings and treatment plans for individual skin types and concerns.
• Clinical Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of treatment parameters, laser logs, and patient progress photos.
• Patient Comfort: Manage patient expectations and comfort levels during high-intensity treatments, providing clear pre- and post-care instructions to ensure optimal healing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our RN Injectors and Estheticians to provide "multi-modality" plans (e.g., combining RF treatments with medical-grade skincare).
• Equipment Care: Ensure all devices are properly cleaned, calibrated, and maintained according to manufacturer and Texas state safety standards.

Qualifications

• Certification: Current Texas Laser Hair Removal Technician (LHRT) or Professional (LHRT-P) certificate, or a Licensed Esthetician/RN with specialized Senior Laser Technician certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience operating cosmetic lasers or RF devices (Morpheus8 experience is a major plus).
• Customer Service: Exceptional "bedside manner." You must be able to explain the "why" behind the technology in a way that is easy for patients to understand and feel confident in.
• Safety Mindset: Laser safety is our #1 priority. Must have an unwavering commitment to eye safety, skin-type cooling, and proper treatment protocols.
