Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in live chat support and possess excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers in real-time.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience as a Live Chat Agent or in a similar customer support role.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using live chat software and CRM tools.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
