Summary The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This role involves building relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Responsibilities Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company, processes, and customer needs to support recruitment efforts. Perform a variety of recruiting tasks, including job posting, sourcing candidates, and screening applicants, while adhering to established guidelines and policies. Receive moderate supervision and guidance, working to accomplish goals while expanding knowledge in recruiting practices and business processes. Provide informal support and guidance to new team members, sharing knowledge and offering assistance as needed. Analyze straightforward situations and apply judgment and technical experience to identify solutions within prescribed frameworks. Ensure quality in personal work and contribute to the team\'s success by adhering to company policies and best practices. Communicate complex recruitment-related information clearly to candidates and team members, ensuring understanding in all situations. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related discipline. Offshore industry experience preferred. Ability to travel 10% of the time for site visits. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, job posting, and candidate screening. Ability to analyze situations, apply judgment, and provide solutions within prescribed guidelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide informal guidance to less experienced team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
