Job Description

Noble is looking to hire an Offshore Talent Acquisition Advisor to work a hybrid work schedule at our Corporate Office in Houston, Texas. Noble is a leading offshore drilling contractor where we own and operate one of the most modern and technically advanced fleets. Noble has been engaged in the contract drilling of oil and gas wells since 1921. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to ensure Noble has the right talent to support offshore operations, partnering closely with hiring managers to define needs, build candidate profiles, and drive a seamless hiring process from sourcing through onboarding. You’ll develop proactive recruitment strategies, cultivate strong pipelines across offshore and field positions, and leverage multiple channels including universities and maritime academies to attract top talent. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail when verifying offshore certifications and coordinating pre-rig training, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records in Workday. With occasional domestic travel to support recruitment initiatives, you’ll play a key role in shaping the workforce that powers Noble’s offshore success. Why Noble? At Noble, we don’t just drill for oil, we cultivate careers. You’ll be part of a team that values safety, collaboration, and innovation. If you’re passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful careers in offshore drilling, apply today and help us shape the future of offshore recruitment! What You’ll Do Develop and implement recruitment strategies that ensure we have the right talent in place for offshore operations. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define candidate profiles, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Source top talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach) to build strong candidate pipelines for offshore and field roles. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, assessing candidates, and verifying offshore training certifications and licenses. Work with our training team to make sure new hires complete mandatory pre-rig training and are set up for success. Maintain strong relationships with universities, maritime academies, and other institutions for campus recruitment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Workday and manage job postings on our careers site and job boards. Proactively identify and develop talent pipelines for critical offshore roles. Travel domestically (approximately 10%) to support recruitment efforts and build relationships in key markets. Take on additional duties as assigned to support the broader TA team. What You Bring To The Table Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of three years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment OR a combination of relevant education and experience totaling seven years. Experience in International/Global recruitment is highly desirable. A track record of filling roles across various functions and levels, preferably in offshore, oil & gas, or industrial settings. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers, making every interaction a positive experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the recruitment process moving smoothly. Comfortable using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for offshore oil and gas operations. Strong knowledge of offshore functions and the unique hiring challenges in the industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr Noble Corporation
