Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 / hour (Based on shift selection)

How the Flex Schedule & Pay Works: We operate on a quarterly sign-up basis. You choose your shifts for the upcoming quarter, allowing you to lock in your income while maintaining your freedom.

Peak Power Months: Our busiest times are February, May, August, and November. These are the best times to maximize your hours!

Shift Differential Pay:

* Day Shifts: Starting at $18.00/hr

Evening/Premium Shifts: Starting at $19.00/hr

Ultimate Flexibility: You pick the days you are available from our open shift list each quarter.

The Role: Pick & Pack Associate As part of our Flex Team, you are the engine that keeps our premium products moving:

Order Selection: Accurately pull footwear and accessories using system-generated pick tickets. Premium Packaging: Pack orders with care, ensuring they meet Cole Haan's high standards.

Labeling & Logistics: Ensure every package is labeled correctly for a perfect delivery.

Adaptability: Assist in various warehouse departments during high-volume \"Peak\" months.

Requirements:

Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for 8 hours and repetitively lift 35 lbs.

Reliability: When you claim a shift, we count on you to be there!

Attention to Detail: Precision is required when handling premium goods.
