Experienced Anesthesia Tech PRN

Texas Health Huguley Hospital is a joint venture with AdventHealth, and these two faith-based organizations have a long history of collaboration. The Texas Health Huguley campus will be operated by AdventHealth, and staff working at the facility will be AdventHealth employees. Texas Health Huguley operates as a joint venture between Texas Health Resources and AdventHealth. Schedule: PRN, at least one shift a week.

• Our care for patients extends to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families and providing on call, 24 hours, 7 days a week Chaplains for spiritual support.

The role you'll contribute:

Assists licensed anesthesia providers with patient care and equipment maintenance.

The value you'll bring to the team:

Cleans, sterilizes, and sets up anesthesia equipment

Assists anesthesia providers with patient assessment, monitoring, transporting, positioning, insertion of intravenous and other invasive lines, and airway management

Maintains equipment and troubleshoots malfunctions

Ensures necessary equipment and supply inventory remain in stock

Assists with schedule preparations, which include emergent and urgent surgical procedures involving anesthesia

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

One year of experience as an anesthesia technician
