You will focus heavily on onboarding , onboarding , and onboarding new talent while serving as a key point of contact for employee relations . • Coordinate the interviewing schedule between candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate the entire onboarding process, including paperwork, facility tours, and system setups.
• Assist with employee relations initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and conflict resolution support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates with strict confidentiality.
• Ensure all paperwork meets legal and company standards.
• Serve as a primary contact for general inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviewing rounds to identify top talent.

• Professionalism: High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for effective communication.
• Organization: Ability to juggle multiple schedules and tasks simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $22-$26/hr
