Job Description

The Experienced Information Security Analyst will report to the Division Director of Information Security for Tarkett North America and Tarkett Sports, and will contribute to and execute cyber-security vision, strategy, and transformation programs while working in a remote and flexible work environment.

What you'll do:
  • Contribute to and drive specified components of the Division Information Security Plan, interfacing with Division and Global Teams
  • Research and address cybersecurity issues / incidents in close partnership with Network, Infrastructure, Global SOC team, and the Division Director of Information Security
  • Support and facilitate the annual NIST CSF assessment process and CMMC compliance including issue tracking and gap solutions: from consulting through implementation assurance / testing
  • Facilitate pen testing / vulnerability scan remediation and tracking, providing solutions / consulting to Infrastructure teams
  • Manage OT vulnerability monitoring and remediation in coordination with Engineering teams
  • Security assessment and consulting for Division Level Initiatives such as Power BI and core ERP implementations / upgrades
  • Manage and maintain IT supply chain security processes including vendor assessment and SAAS / application inventory management
  • Contribute as a security assessor and thought leader for solutions such as IAM, SASE, Zero-Trust
  • Assist Director to support cybersecurity communication, awareness, and training plans for IT and end users
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain KPIs and SLA's in coordination with the Division Director
  • Maintain an in-depth and current technical knowledge of industry cyber and information security trends
  • Develop relationships as a trusted partner to Network, Infrastructure, and Global teams
Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in the field
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM / demonstrated commitment to professional development
  • Will have experience working in a large manufacturing and distribution company, within IT in a security analyst role or similar, ideally with distributed and global teams.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity / privacy frameworks / standards such as: NIST, CMMC, ISO, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI etc.
  • Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and coordinating remediation
  • Application and development security - DevSecOps, secure SDLC
  • Application security and assessment - AI is a strong plus
  • Infrastructure / Network security - NGFW, SASE, Zero-Trust, EDR, micro-segmentation, Identity & Access Mgmt.
  • Cloud security - Azure, AWS, or Google
  • Resilience during security crises and events
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
