Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) specializing in HIV/AIDS medication management to oversee pharmacy operations and deliver exceptional clinical services. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Pharmacist In Charge, ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations and organizational policies.
  • Lead pharmacy operations with a focus on specialty and retail pharmacy management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative clinical services that enhance patient care.
  • Support a dynamic work environment by adapting processes and procedures to meet evolving patient and staff needs.
  • Promote core organizational values and mission in daily operations to maintain a patient-centered approach.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, including trainings and conferences, to stay current on best practices and industry trends.
  • Provide leadership in a collaborative setting, ensuring consistent application of policies across multiple locations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • California Pharmacy License (required)
  • 3–5+ years of recent specialty, retail, or community pharmacy management experience with at least some HIV/AIDS medication knowledge (10+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to effectively manage a diverse team and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain pace and organization in a busy clinical setting.
  • Must provide a pharmacy manager reference.
